In the summer of 2007, the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Foundation kicked off its seventh Vision employee fundraising campaign to help St. Elizabeth purchase one of the world’s very first 320-slice CT scanners and a state-of-the-art mobile health-screening unit.

Employees at St. Elizabeth responded in record numbers to the opportunity to bring a revolutionary new imaging technology to this region by donating more than $1 million to the intensive summer fundraising campaign that helped pay for two new medical services that will greatly improve the overall healthcare of our community.

The St. Elizabeth Healthcare Foundation helps to enhance the quality, dignity and convenience of our community's health by providing funding to St. Elizabeth for otherwise unaffordable elements of projects and programs like the 320-slice CT scanner.
