The case managers play an integral part within the Business Health Center Medical Team by:

• Overseeing and coordinating all after hours injury care cases treated within the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Emergency Departments
• Conducting bi-monthly case conferences with treating physicians and therapists
• Providing FMLA casework
• Being a medical liaison between the employer, employee, providers, insurers and TPA’s

Our case managers monitor and document the quality and effectiveness of care and treatment provided to your associates. They identify and coordinate interventions, treatment plans and/or specialist referrals necessary to bring about appropriate care and cost effective outcomes.
