Application Information
Applicants are accepted through ERAS and the National Resident Matching Program. Applicants must be recent graduates of an accredited medical school and include:

1. Dean's Letter
2. Medical school transcript (applicants accepted if graduated in 2006 - 2010)
3. USMLE scores
4. Personal statement
5. Two (2) letters of recommendation (one must be from US clinical experience)
6. ECFMG certification, if applicable
7. Visas are considered on a case by case basis, after review of complete application

All application documents must be original (no copies), and the application deadline is December 31, 2009

In addition, all applicants must meet the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure requirements of:

1. Medical school must be listed in LCME, AOA, CME or WHO directories
2. USMLE scores must be greater than 75 on each step, and must be accomplished in no greater than 4 attempts per step
3. Step 2 CK and CSA must be passed prior to attempting Step 3.
