Gift Shop
Brighten someone’s stay with us by ordering them a special gift from our shop. We offer a variety of gifts such as flowers, balloons, candy, and more. We also have an adorable selection of gifts for that new baby. Not sure what to send, gift certificates are also available. One of our friendly St. Elizabeth volunteers will deliver your selected gift free of charge.

- St. Elizabeth Covington and St. Elizabeth Edgewood accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
- St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express
- St. Elizabeth Florence accepts Visa and MasterCard
- All phone sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed.
- In the event that a product of your choosing is out of stock at the time of your order, a similar item of equal value may be substituted in that order.

Delivery Information
- There is no charge for delivery. Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. There will be no deliveries filled on weekends or major holidays.
- Gifts ordered on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays will be delivered the next business day.
- If the patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, we will deliver the gift at the earliest opportunity after a room assignment has been made.
- If the patient has been discharged, the gift will not be delivered and you will be notified by phone or by e-mail.
- Orders received after 3 p.m. will be delivered on the next business day.
