Fitness that’s a Custom-Fit for You!
Achieving fitness is essential to your health. Still, the road you choose to take to a more healthful you is an extremely personal choice. After all, we all like different kinds and intensities of exercise and we all have different goals. Some of us want to concentrate on muscle strength. Others may be more interested in boosting our overall heart health or endurance levels.
At the St. Elizabeth Holistic Health Center, we understand that we all travel different paths on our journey to maximum fitness. That’s why we offer you four different ways to get there. And the best part is that we’ll be right there with you whatever path you choose.

Four Weeks to a New You
This is a two-hour-per-week commitment to self with big fitness pay-offs. The course is taught by licensed healthcare professionals who specialize in health and wellness. Over the four-week session, you’ll receive a wellness assessment, cardiac risk profile, and fitness assessment. Course leaders will then use these detailed health evaluations to design your personalized plan for balance and fulfillment in your daily life.
Group Fitness Classes
Everyone is welcome to attend these classes in which group and circuit-based training techniques are used to boost overall cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.
Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Classes
