Tai Chi – Gentle Exercise for Stress-Free Health
The gentle movements of tai chi are designed to balance and circulate the body’s internal energy. It’s one of the few types of exercise that works to enhance the health of both your mind and body.

At St. Elizabeth, we offer six-week tai chi workshops, led by accomplished practitioners, who will show you how to use the movements to reduce stress and tension and boost inner strength and creativity. Some of the benefits that come with participation in our day or evening classes, include:
