From I-275 in Northern Kentucky

Take I-275 to I-471 North. Travel north on I-471 and exit at Grand Avenue (Exit 3). Turn right on Grand Avenue at the end of the ramp. St. Luke East is three-fourths of a mile on the right.

From I-75 South

Stay in lanes headed toward downtown Cincinnati. Follow the Route 50 (Columbia Parkway) signs and look for I-471 South. Take the I-471 bridge and cross the Ohio River. Travel south on I-471 and exit at Grand Avenue (Exit 3). Turn left on Grand Avenue at the end of the ramp. St. Luke East is one mile on the right.

From I-71 South

From I-71 South, follow the signs for I-471 South. Take the I-471 bridge and cross the Ohio River. Travel south on I-471 and exit at Grand Avenue (Exit 3). Turn left on Grand Avenue at the end of the ramp. St. Luke East is one mile on the right.

From I-75/I-71 North

Take I-75 / I-71 North and exit at Turfway Road (Exit 182). Turn left on Turfway Road at the end of the ramp. Travel one-half mile to Houston Road. Turn right on Houston Road. St. Luke West is one block on the right.

Follow I-75 / I-71 North and exit at Erlanger West (Exit 184B). Turn left at the first street onto Houston Road. Continue on Houston Road. St. Luke West is one mile on the left.

From I-75/I-71 South

Follow I-75 / I-71 South and exit at Erlanger West (Exit 184B) Turn left at the first street onto Houston Road. Continue on Houston Road. St. Luke West is one mile on the left.
