Claims Specialists are available by appointment to assist members with questions about Medicare, supplemental insurance, Medicare Advantage plans, prescription drug coverage, private medical insurance and doctor or hospital bills. Medicare workshops are presented quarterly. - Multiple education programs and health screenings are offered monthly.
