From one-on-one counseling to group sessions, workshops and support groups, you will learn a variety of weight treatment strategies to rely on. Through hands-on activities including cooking demonstrations, grocery store tours and recipe modifications, our program teaches you how to permanently change your eating habits and lifestyle.
A variety of qualified counselors and health professionals including physicians, registered nurses, behavioral health experts, exercise physiologists and registered dietitians.
You will be evaluated by a professional clinician if you have any health problems, are currently taking medication, plan on taking any medication, or plan to lose more than 15 to 20 pounds. If your weight control plan uses a very low-calorie diet, an exam and follow up visits by a doctor will also be provided. Our registered dietitians are certified in weight management and trained to have a comprehensive knowledge of weight management care. Our experts provide you with the tools needed for long-term compliance and sustained success.
